Marisol's hair part

I got Marisol for dd for Christmas. It will be her first AG. I have a question on her hair. The part is straight till it gets near her face then it goes crooked. Is this normal or should I call AG to get her replaced. Or am I being too picky? I always notice dolls hair parts because I collect Barbies and that's one of the things I look at before buying.Any input?

I don't know if my Marisol is like this(I am not at my house right now).But,I will check for you when I go home.I got my Marisol in American Girl Place NY,the day after she was introduced.

I think DD's Marisol is like that. I notice when her hair is not pulled back the front strand hangs down in her eyes. You could request a replacement from customer service and see if she has the same problem. Our dolls are all played with so I'm not as picky as some people are. You should be happy with her though and if you are not call CS.

We have two, and both seem to have straight side parts. At this point, unless it really bothers you, I would keep the doll you have. She's backordered until mid-December, which may not give you enough time to get a new one in time for Christmas.
